Great guys, great shop these guys have all the newest equipment, they reprogrammed my ecm and repaired my power steering hose in shop so i would not have to buy a new line and give a 3 year or 36,000 mile parts and labor warranty.

When I dropped my car off there for the first time, Scott's service manager, Freddy, told me he would take care of me like I was one of his own children. And that he did. He made sure my car was safe, functional and clean. He was friendly, professional and I didn't get the feeling that he was talking down to me. As a woman who knows very little about the mechanical aspects of my own automobile, I'm grateful for that. I live downtown, so the location is convenient and easily accessible. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and waiting area, the professional staff and manner in which I was greeted, and the quality of work performed. This is the only auto repair shop that has ever given me a written two year 24,000 mile warranty on parts and labor. They performed a diagnostics, told me immediately the problem with my vehicle, presented a breakdown of parts and labor. They did not try to sell me any unnecessary parts and repairs. Absolutely the best possible service ever!

I've gone to Scott's Auto for approximately 3 years and have always received excellent service from Scott and the mechanics on staff. I recently had a major repair that had me very worried. It was handled professionally and with compassion. Scott and Jeff, the mechanic who did the work, are both awesome and honest. After years dealing with the "stealership", Scott's Auto has been a welcome change. I will always remain a customer and highly recommend.

Had an issue with my truck. After going to different places. Finally got over to Scott's were I told him my issues I was having. Also told him I needed to be on the road soon to head back to Kansas. He told me they would work on the truck but would not speed through the work they said that they take their time when it comes to diesel vehicles . They ran diagnosis found the issue and luckily it was something that could be completed in the time I needed. Couldn't be happier with the service my truck made it back to Kansas and has no issues since being back.

I am the District Manager of a company with a fleet of 20 vehicles. For me time is money, every minute one of our vehicles are down we are loosing money. I have used them for two of my vehicles so far and was very pleased with how quick the turn around was, and the price on services were right in line. I plan on giving them my whole fleet.
